Great leadership starts with great conversations!

Last week, our Middle Leaders took part in an inspiring training session with Nancy Lhoest-Squicciarini from ECIS (Educational Collaborative for International Schools).

Through practical activities and engaging discussions, they explored ways to strengthen teamwork, navigate difficult conversations and build stronger professional relationships.

New skills. Fresh perspectives. Stronger connections.

At ISB, we believe that great leadership grows through collaboration and continuous learning.
