The ISB Library

During these challenging times, following the closure of the ISB due to the current world pandemic outbreak of COVID-19, during which ISB students are doing online learning from home, our Librarian has compliled a document containing useful research websites essential to aid students and help parents support them in their E-Learning, through this period.

ISB parents:
All books that were borrowed from the Library before closure on 16th March have been renewed by our Librarian until 19th April. This date will be reviewed and changed to a later date if the school reopening is rescheduled.


The ISB Library has 18,000 books and is growing.

As a growing educational resource, our Library offers a wide variety of collections and Information sources including:

  • Reference and Professional Teacher Reference sections
  • Online Library including The Bremen State and University Library website linked to the ISB Library webpage
  • Serials, magazines and newspapers in English, French, German and Spanish.

The Library’s collections are being constantly updated with new stock, supporting the ISB’s curricular: IPC, IMYC, IGCSE and IB.

An extensive multilingual collection of books in native languages.
